VALLONE® leads into a new era as a real start-up: We are setting the course for modern bathroom design through digital marketing and sales channels. We are expanding and are looking for support in the areas of back office and customer service. At our main location on the UNESCO World Heritage Zollverein in Essen, we are looking for you for our CRM / After Sales team as an employee in customer service.

What you may expect:

  • You are the first point of contact for customer inquiries via e-mail and/or telephone.
  • You coordinate the delivery of goods to customers in close cooperation with our suppliers, transport service providers and our central warehouse.
  • You coordinate and process incoming orders via our web shop from the preparation of order confirmations and invoices until delivery to the customer.
  • You check and process customer complaints and returns in close coordination with our customer service team, supply chain and product management as well as our suppliers and transport service providers.
  • You support the creation and maintenance of our customer master data in the CRM program.
  • - You participate in projects to optimize logistics and customer service processes.

What we are looking for:

  • Successfully completed commercial training or studies.
  • Several years of commercial work experience, ideally in customer service or order processing.
  • High degree of diligence, accuracy and reliability.
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
  • You enjoy teamwork and contact with international suppliers.
  • You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Self-confident and friendly appearance.
