VALLONE® is a young company with a passion for design and architecture: As a boutique brand for purist bathroom design, we set current interior trends and use digital marketing and sales channels to ensure that modern bathroom design does not have to remain an elitist luxury. We are growing and are looking for you to support our team:
What awaits you:
- As Head of Operations, you ensure optimal processes around the operational business. To this end, you will be in close with the management and the individual departments of our company (sales, purchasing, marketing, service/logistics and finance).
- In particular, you will act as an interface between our customer service and our product team and in this function you will ensure that optimizations of product and supplier processes are successful and on schedule.
- To do this, you coordinate the various phases of the operational product processes: You ensure that deadlines and milestones are deadlines and milestones on the way to market maturity of new products and revision of existing products. and report directly to the management.
- You monitor and control negotiations with suppliers, logistics and production partners in order to enforce the product-related goals and interests of VALLONE® in the best possible way.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed business or technical studies or comparable qualification
- Very structured and reliable way of working with excellent time and project management skills
- High level of initiative to optimize processes within your area of responsibility
- Min. five years of professional experience in (project/product) management as well as experience in leading employees or teams
- Holistic, interdisciplinary mindset with an eye for both details and the "big picture"
- Very good knowledge of the German language and good knowledge of the English language
- Very good Excel skills
- Results-oriented "can do" mentality and self-initiated work
- Healthy assertiveness with a cooperative management style
